Cancellations
- Registrations canceled 30 or more days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (by March 31st) are fully refundable, minus a $50 administrative fee, upon written notice of cancellation.
- Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (April 1 - 16) are refundable at 50%, upon written notice of cancellation.
- Registrations canceled 13 or fewer days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (after April 16) are non-refundable.
- Please send your written cancellation and refund request to Corbi Foster at corbi@aapm.org or fax your request to 301-209-3343 (Attn: Corbi).
Check Payments
- If you have registered at the Early rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than
March 16thApril 5th(11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the Early registration fees byMarch 16thApril 5th, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee. - If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to ACMP.

- Included with registration:
- Continuous refreshment island available each day throughout the meeting. All breaks include coffee, bottled water, soft drinks and juices.
- Morning breaks offer fresh baked pastries, breads, fresh cut fruit, granola, etc.
- Afternoon breaks will feature cookies, snacks, crudites and whole fruit.
- A luncheon buffet in the Broad Street Grill on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
- PLEASE NOTE: Exhibit Floor closed each day, Noon - 1:00 pm to allow attendees and exhibitors to eat lunch together.
- Complimentary wireless in meeting rooms and guest rooms.
- AAPM Members can register at ACMP member rates.

To assist attendees who require MOC with fulfilling their SAMs requirements, ACMP program organizers plan to offer SAMs sessions pending approval by the ABR. Attendees will need to register for an audience response unit when they register for the annual meeting. |

Please note! Before you purchase any of the social event tickets below, please make sure that it is not included with your registration type and fee. Tickets may also be purchased on site at the Registration counter at the Chattanoogan Hotel if still available.
