Cancellations

Registrations canceled 30 or more days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (by April 22nd) are fully refundable, minus a $50 administrative fee, upon written notice of cancellation.
Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (April 23-May 7) are refundable at 50%, upon written notice of cancellation.
Registrations canceled 13 or fewer days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (after May 8) are non-refundable.
Please send your written cancellation and refund request to Kathleen Dwyer kathleen@aapm.org or fax your request to 301-209-3343 (Attn: Kathleen).

Check Payments

If you have registered at the Early rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than ~~April 7th~~April 28th (11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the Early registration fees by ~~April 7th~~ April 28th, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to ACMP.
