Be a Sponsor of an Item for the 2010 ACMP Annual Meeting!

We welcome and encourage sponsorship on all items listed below. In order to reserve a sponsorship event or item, please complete and return the Exhibitor Space and Sponsorship Contract.

Platinum Level-$10,000
Official Sponsor of one of the following Conference Activities:
Welcome Reception - Saturday, May 22
or
Awards and Honors Banquet - Sunday, May 23


A. Sponsorship Benefits:

  1. Vendor presentation – Make a 15-minute presentation during designated time listed below
  2. Logo and recognition on meeting website
  3. Signage recognition at sponsored events such as Awards and Honors
  4. Company logo, description and full page advertisement in conference program
  5. Full page advertisement in one issue of the ACMP newsletter

B. Exhibit Space/Personnel

  1. Special Exhibitor Status, includes priority placement
  2. Use of up to four (4) 6-foot exhibit tables (please indicate the number of tables you wish to use on space application)
  3. Complimentary registration for up to four Exhibitor personnel

C. ACMP Website Recognition

  1. Post Meeting: Free banner ad on ACMP website for 6 months
  2. Logo and link on ACMP Meeting website for 6 months (posted when received)

D. Cross Promotion & Marketing Opportunities

  1. Flyer, brochure or promotional item (provided by your company) inserted in Conference registration packets (distributed to all attendees)
  2. ACMP Membership Labels – 1 time company use
