Services, Information and Order Forms

Freeman is the official provider of electric for the JW Marriott, San Antonio Hill Country Resort. If your table top exhibit requires power, please view the Electrical Order Form.

The JW Marriott, San Antonio Hill Country Resort will handle any of your Audio Visual needs. Should your booth require AV, you may contact Melody Schmidtt via email at melody.schmitt@marriott.com

Shipping Instructions

The San Antonio Hill Country Resort's Shipping Center is open Monday through Friday 7:00 am-5:30 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Shipping Center is closed on Sundays.

Incoming:

  1. Ship packages to arrive NO EARLIER THAN Wednesday May 19th, 2010. Boxes should be numbered, i.e., 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc. Be sure to bring tracking numbers for all shipments with you. There is a $50 handling fee for each pallet (incoming and outgoing), a $5 handling fee per parcel (incoming and outgoing), and a $50 per night storage fee.
  2. Address incoming boxes as follows:
    ATTN: Client Name (as listed for conference)

    San Antonio, TX 78261

  3. If you are shipping an item that requires special handling, or that is larger than 3 feet square or heavier than 200 lbs., please contact Melody Schmitt with the JW Marriott at least 14 days in advance.  This includes computer equipment, Internet servers, electronics, etc. 

  4. The Hotel does not assume responsibility for handling or setup of such items unless special arrangements have been made. Should you contract with the Hotel to move or set up your special items, handling charges may apply.

Outgoing:

All outgoing boxes must be packed, sealed and labeled by Exhibitor. Additional information will be posted soon.
