Cancellations

Registrations canceled 30 or more days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (by April 2nd) are fully refundable, minus a $50 administrative fee, upon written notice of cancellation.
Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (April 3-18) are refundable at 50%, upon written notice of cancellation.
Registrations canceled 13 or fewer days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (after April 18) are non-refundable.

Check Payments

If you have registered at the Early rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than April 10th (11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the Early registration fees by April 10th, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.

SPECIAL SESSION/WORKSHOP: Medical Reserve Corp Workshop - Monday, May 4, 2009
The ACMP & AAPM are co-sponsoring a day long session including hands-on demonstrations focusing on how medical physicists can assist in responding to radiation incidents. Participants will learn about the Medical Reserve Corps (www.medicalreservecorps.gov) and how to become engaged within their local communities. Speakers from DHS, FEMA, and CDC have been invited. Participation in this session is included in the registration fee for Annual Meeting registrants.

Self Assessment Module (SAM): Registration

MOC/SAMs SELF ASSESSMENT MODULES REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Completion of two Self Assessment Modules (SAMs) per year is a requirement for the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) process as defined by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). ACMP program organizers have identified sessions to be offered with audience response technology at the annual meeting in 2009. Attendees who require MOC will pre-register for an audience response unit during the registration process. A limited number of units will be available to rent on site on a first come, first served basis.	$30*
