Cancellations
- Registrations canceled 30 or more days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (by April 2nd) are fully refundable, minus a $50 administrative fee, upon written notice of cancellation.
- Registrations canceled 14-29 days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (April 3-18) are refundable at 50%, upon written notice of cancellation.
- Registrations canceled 13 or fewer days prior to the start of the Annual Meeting (after April 18) are non-refundable.
- Please send your written cancellation and refund request to Hadijah Kagolo at hadijah@aapm.org or fax your request to 301-209-3343 (Attn: Hadijah).
Check Payments
- If you have registered at the Early rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than April 10th (11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the Early registration fees by April 10th, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-Early registration fee.

Self Assessment Module (SAM): Registration

Completion of two Self Assessment Modules (SAMs) per year is a requirement for the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) process as defined by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). ACMP program organizers have identified sessions to be offered with audience response technology at the annual meeting in 2009.
