Annual Meeting - Session Evaluation Survey System (OPEN: May 3 - May 30)
The ACMP 25th Annual Meeting has been accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP). One Medical Physics Continuing Education Credit (MPCEC) will be awarded for each hour of scientific session and symposium attended.
To obtain credit, attendees must complete an on-line evaluation survey. The survey is posted at:
The survey is now closed.
- The survey will be available online Saturday, May 3 - Friday, May 30.
- Attendees must complete the survey by that date in order to receive CAMPEP credit.
- Please note your Registration I.D. will be required in order to complete the CEC evaluation survey.

SELF ASSESSMENT MODULES (SAM) - Post Meeting Information
- The ACMP is in the process of finalizing required statistical information to be provided to the ABR regarding the SAM program offered at the meeting.
- Individuals who registered for an audience response unit and who complete the Session Evaluations by May 30, will be contacted in June with documentation of their participation.

What's New for 2008
On-line Evaluations
- This year you will be able to fill out your Speaker Evaluations on-line. There will be no hard copy forms.
Lunchtime during the ACMP Meeting
- You will be on your own for lunch so you will be able to try out some of Seattle's finest eating establishments. There are several close to the hotel so you won't miss your sessions or time to visit the exhibits and talk with the vendors.

No lunches will be provided on the Exhibit Floor.
TPMC Hotel Share Program
- The ACMP-TPMC Hotel Share program conducts a roommate matching service according to the individual’s preferences. Please fill in the Hotel Share Program Form and feel free to provide some additional personal information to us so that we can find the most appropriate roommate for you.
- HQ will retain a contact list of interested parties.
- NOTE: Participants are responsible for making hotel arrangements.
